本課程為企業管理研究所碩士班二年級的必修課程，主要從倫理觀點，討論企業組織與組織成員的行為與責任。
This is a compulsory course for 2nd year MBA satudents, and will explore the behaviours of business organizations and their members from an ethical perspective. 修習完本課程後，學生應該可以：
1) 從非經濟觀點瞭解企業是什麼，以及其該有的社會責任
2) 從行為倫理學觀點，瞭解個人倫理行為的構成與影響因素
3 )從組織設計與行為觀點，瞭解領導者可如何影響組織成員的價值觀與建立倫理文化
After studying this course, students are expected to
1) Understand what business organisation is and its social responsibility from a non-economic perspective.
2) understand how individual’s ethical attitudes and behaviours are affected from a behavioural ethics’ perspective.
3) understand how leaders can affect subordinate’s value system and establish an ethical culture within an organisation. |
